Primary responsibilities:
Develop a public relations plan to position Provigent as the market leader.
Foster strong relationships with industry analysts, journalists and thought leaders to enhance their understanding of Provigent’s product set.
Responsible for leading competitive intelligence activity in an international, multi-segmented environment.
Compiling and analyzing Tier I and Tier II customer and competitor information (activities, sales and financial).
Create effective sales and marketing tools.
Work with product management and engineering group to identify opportunities to showcase the company’s technology (conference/panel speakers, white paper submittals, association leadership positions).
Create and execute an effective marketing communications strategy including marketing collateral, sales tools, corporate presentations, press releases and web content.
Act as corporate spokesperson for all press inquiries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Technical or Marketing bachelor's degree – an advantage.
MBA preferred.
7+ years of related experience in a fast-paced, start up environment.
Experience launching new marketing initiatives for a highly technical product set required.
Superior written and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of the wireless and/or semiconductor industry including existing relationships with press outlets strongly preferred.
